There was only 2 things that need attention: They took too long to bring our bill and also please get a portable debit/ credit machine because coming behind/beside the bar to tap is not so appealing. Otherwise Chef Courthey does not play in that kitchen. His vegetable rice is a must have side. The brown stew snapper gets 11/10 from me. I tasted the rose fettuccine pasta with oxtail and the coconut cream cheesecake ...lick your lips good. Since I can't give higher than 5 stars on here ...here's some more /5. Nov 2. 2024 I went again on Jan 4. 2025. My friend and I had the brown stew snapper 10/10. The cow foot soup was delicious well seasoned liquid creamy but it was lukewarm. Given it's winter it should be hot. However what I saw on this visit was issues with seating people mixing up reservations. People were seated then shifted to another table. As well, a group came and had to wait which suggest the reservations are not timed properly. We felt rushed to vacate our table. A suggestion for the proprietor...change the round table they are easier to pull apart and put together. As well have mobile payments available at least one unit. People shouldn't be lining up like at McDonalds to pay. I'll visit again but consider creating space with square table the round is not working. PS Food top notch. ”

“ Journey’s Cuisine is a lovely restaurant in Milton by the 401 exit to hwy #25. They are located within the Best Western hotel. I’ve dined there multiple times. The food is delicious each and every time. Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Favourite meal of mine is the salmon with the mango salsa. Always cooked to perfection. Combine that with either oxtail, jerk chicken or curry goat and you can’t miss. And don’t forget dessert!! ”
